This large semi-detached Victorian Villa had been comprehensively re-modelled in 2016 but our clients needed a larger kitchen and more living space which would take full advantage of the beautiful south facing garden.
The solution was to connect the upper and lower ground floors directly to form a single space on two levels via a sculptural staircase in a double height glazed atrium.
